Keep Our Schools Strong, Vote Yes for Fort Mill School Bonds on March 4th

HOW / WHY A Fort Mill School District Bond Referendum

  HOW DID WE GET HERE?

In 2004, bonds built Springfield Middle School (opened in 2006) and Nation Ford High School (opened 2007).

However, our growth continues, and at an unprecedented rate. In 2006, a long-term capital needs study confirmed
growth is strong and accelerating. Student population increased by 10% over the previous year, and even higher
growth is expected next year. The Fort Mill School District has the fastest growth rate in all of South Carolina.
